How it works

Place your order at dunashape.com. The program is for customers with a purchase on the website.
2. Record and publish
Upload a public Reel or TikTok featuring your Duna and mention @dunashape.
3. Reach 10,000 views
Your video must exceed 10,000 organic views, without paid promotion.
4. We will refund your money
Send us the link using the form below. We will review it and, if it is valid, we will refund your payment.

What you need to know before sending us your video.
Who can participate?
Any female customer over 18 years of age with an order placed on dunashape.com.
Which video works?
An Instagram Reel or a TikTok video that is public, in which your Duna products are shown and @dunashape is mentioned. It must be posted after receiving the order, and you must send us the link within 60 days of delivery.
What are organic views?
Those that the video achieves on its own: without promoting it with ads or buying views. To verify this, we may ask you for a screenshot of the video's statistics.
How much are you refunding me and when?
The amount for the Duna products from that order, to the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 business days from the moment we validate the video. One refund per order and per person.
Do I have to leave the video published?
Yes, at least 30 days from the moment you send it to us. If it is deleted or made private before we validate it, we will not be able to process the refund.
Can you use my video?
Yes. By sending us your video, you authorize us to use, edit, and publish it on Duna's social media, website, emails, and advertisements, free of charge and with credit to you whenever possible. If at any time you prefer that we stop using it in new posts, just write to us and we will do so.
Do I have to indicate that it is a collaboration?
Yes. Since there is a reward, advertising regulations require you to indicate it: add #collaboration or #ad with @dunashape in the video caption.
Can you change the schedule?
We may modify or terminate the program by providing notice on this page. Any videos you have already submitted will be reviewed based on the rules in effect at the time of your submission.
